Returns and Refund Policy

Unboxing video is mandatory for all returns and replacements

Reglet.in allows returns or exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order. We request you to check your package as soon as it arrives and report any damage or shortage immediately.

If the product is damaged or you are not satisfied with it, please inform us within 2 days of delivery. Complaints raised after this period cannot be accepted. Customers must also share clear photos or videos of the damaged product via Email or WhatsApp.

The buyer is responsible for sending the product back in its original condition. This includes:

  • No signs of usage or damage
  • All original tags intact
  • Original packaging (when possible)

Partial returns (returning only selected items) are allowed.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows any visible wear, tear, or tampering.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product reaches our facility and is inspected.

  1. Prepaid Orders: Refunds for credit card, debit card, and net banking payments (full invoice amount including taxes) will be credited back to the same payment method.
    Customers may also choose a coupon/voucher of the same value for their next purchase.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers must share their bank account details for the refund. Refunds will be credited within 7 working days.
